Our Return Promise

Just like our signature bodycon dresses adapt to your curves, we’ve adapted our returns process to suit your needs:

  • 15-day window to return from delivery date
  • Free exchanges on all eligible items
  • Easy process – no complicated forms

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bodysuits or final sale items marked with “Non-Returnable”. All other items from our collections (A-line skirts, midi dresses, mini skirts etc.) are eligible for return.

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our Newport-based customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Package Your Items

Return items in their original condition with tags attached. Please include the original packing slip.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

We’ll provide a prepaid return label for UK returns. International customers will receive return instructions with applicable shipping fees.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days
  • Method: Original payment method (Visa/MasterCard/JCB/PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

Want a different size of that perfect mini dress or prefer another color of our bestselling midi skirt?

  • We’ll ship your replacement as soon as we process your return
  • No additional shipping charges for exchanges (except international)
  • Subject to availability – we’ll contact you if your preferred item is out of stock
