We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes full tracking
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Basic tracking included

Important Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bodysuits or any final sale items marked as “Non-Returnable”. All other items including our A-line skirts, bodycon dresses, midi skirts, mini dresses and other collections are eligible for return.

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our Newport-based customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Package Your Items

Return items in their original condition with all tags attached. Please include the original packing slip.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

For UK returns: We’ll provide a prepaid return label via email.
International customers: We’ll send return instructions with applicable shipping fees.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days of receipt
  • Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

Found the perfect mini dress but need a different size? Love our bestselling midi skirt but want another color? We make exchanges easy:

  • We’ll ship your replacement as soon as we process your return
  • No additional shipping charges for exchanges (except international)
  • If your preferred item is out of stock, we’ll contact you with options
